Plymouth Marketplace is the redevelopment of a former 100,000 square foot Kmart property at Ann Arbor Road and Haggerty Road in Plymouth Twp into a multi-tenant, multi-component development.  Plymouth Marketplace will feature a newly developed, 120,000 square foot multi-story Henry Ford Medical Center that will provide specialty care services, an emergency department and ambulatory surgery center.  A 12,000 square foot multi-tenant shopping center will be developed at the hard corner of Ann Arbor and Haggerty Roads with anticipated completion in Fall 2021.
